Happy Thanksgiving weekend dear friends. May your weekend be filled with crisp autumn walks, time spent with family and friends, good food, good conversation and time spent reflecting on all the things you are thankful for.
We may be far from family but already we've spent time on the phone and ipad (facetime) with them. The rest of our weekend will include dinners with friends, a trip to the magical cabin at Rainbow Lake and then an overnight trip to Haines Alaska for hopefully a good salmon catch!
We have so much to be thankful for this year. We love where we are living, we have good health, a beautiful home, enough food, wonderful family and friends and of course the little miracle that is growing in my tummy! I'm ever so grateful for my little family (and my extended family too!)
Have a great weekend everyone!

ps. Here are few harvest/autumn decorations that I have put up in the house. I was especially happy to find white pumpkins, we don't always get them sent up here. I think they look like little carved wooden sculptures. So pretty!
Love your white pumpkins with orange speckles. Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
