thanks and giving: a Thanksgiving giveaway

Happy Thanksgiving weekend dear friends! Whether you are Canadian or not, there's nothing wrong with saying thanks and showing gratitude for all that we have right?
This weekend is all about hanging out with new friends (because we are far from family), having good food, spending quality time together as a little family and being thankful for all that we have been blessed with.
So in honour of Thanksgiving I thought I would do a little giveaway because it's been a while since I've given anything away and also because I am thankful for everyone who reads my little ol' blog.
So what I am offering is a set (3) of my brand new hot off the press postcards, they haven't even been added to my etsy shop yet and also 1 photo art card.
All you have to do is simply leave a comment saying what you are thankful for and I will choose one winner on Thursday of next week (when I get back from the cabin).
Hope you all have a great weekend! Happy Thanksgiving dear friends (even if you aren't Canadian).

  3. Happy Thanksgiving from Victoria, British Columbia! (just stumbled across your blog after reading a comment you left on Bethany's blog tonight...)

I'm thankful for a cup of hot tea with honey and lemon (helping soothe my laryngitis), the pumpkin pie I baked with my boys this afternoon, and the big family dinner we'll be having in my parents' backyard tomorrow afternoon. All of that, and so much more. Life is good!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend. I like your blog. I'll be back!

I am thankful for the sense of humor that my husband and I share, because it carries us through everything and makes life so much better.

  7. I am thankful for so many things... it's hard to write them down....... Walt, Rylan, Rachael, Paul and Bob, our new house, my family, cupboards full of food, friends, the lovely fall colours... oh so many things.

But I am especially thankful for the Lord who provides everything. ♥

  9. Happy Thanksgiving from the good ol praries of Saskatchewan!

I am thankful for many things in my life,

My family & Friends who have always been there for me whenever I needed them. The roof over top of my head, but especially god who looks over my Mountie when he is keeping the streets safe. I'm thankful he comes home safe everynight & crawls into bed to keep me warm.

Be safe out here & have a great thanksgiving.

  10. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hmm. Today I am thankful for the ability to skip class and get a massage instead... :)

But overall, I am thankful for my family. I so often forget how lucky I am to have a family that sticks together and supports me. From showing up when my car battery dies (that was my dad, last night) to dropping off a thoughtful breakfast when life has been crazy (my sweet mother), I couldn't ask for more supportive parents. :)

Looks like your Thanksgiving was great. Can't wait for TG in the States! :)

  16. This morning I was bemoaning the fact that my husband is away and I was left wrangling the kid(s), one onto the bus, all by myself. But I'm thankful that I have a husband at all, a father to these kids that is wonderful, supportive, and loves us to pieces...and that he only goes away on SHORT business trips!

  17. Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm thankful for a husband who, no matter how stressed or worried I am about something reminds me that worrying is pointless since God has our life already planned out.
