valentines for my sweet

It's just a few short days until Valentine's Day. And by now you must already know that my husband is away on duty at the Olympics. He is one of the thousands of police officers that have been called from across the country to keep the peace at the games (which start this week!).

So before he left I made sure to put together a little something hand made for him to take with him and I promised you all that I would show some pictures of it.

On purpose I did not take pictures of what is inside of the box, just incase he looks on my blog before Vday....but to be honest I don't think he has the luxury of surfing the web for long periods of time, so it's safe to say that he hasn't been keeping up to date here....so I'll just list what is inside:

• pictures of Noah and I taken at a photobooth
• little love letters (miniature size)
• lists of all the things that I love about him
• inspirational quotes that I cut out of old Real Simple magazines
• mini valentine paper hearts

Everything had to be small and had to fit inside that tiny box as he didn't have much room to take extra stuff with him. I hope he enjoys opening it on Sunday.
