Last night was one of my favourite New Year's Eve celebrations ever. Winslow and I managed to escape for dinner on our own.....it was delicious! We went to an all you can eat sushi restaurant. Of course I worried about Noah the entire time but I knew he was in good hands and it was nice to get out with just the hubby. Then we came home, I had a nap and woke up 10 mins for the count down. We all (Winslow's parents, aunt, sister and her bf) watched the Dick Clark countdown while wearing funny hats and twirled sparklers. Then we had a little toast with some sparkling wine and then I went back to bed.
The best part? Not having to find a cab at 1 am in the dead of winter. Hehehe.
