Desiree (left): Spring has arrived! It's official & I couldn't be happier. This week we've been taking advantage of the sunshine, spending lots of time outside -- walks, playdates and just lounging on the front porch, or playing with the pets in the driveway. Our two cats and our Boston Terrier are so happy that the days of cold, snowy feet are far behind them. Today I also turned our heat off -- right to zero -- and I hope I won't have to crank it back up again. The windows are open! Come on in, all you beautiful fresh air breezes! Johanna (right): At this moment life is just a little bit crazy and I feel that this self portrait sums it up pretty well. With a babe on the move and a new found sense of assertiveness, I'm finding that the days just fly by at an alarming rate. Our days are filled to the brim with busyness. Learning, touching, grabbing, singing, shrieking, pulling, crawling, licking...it's a whole new ball game ladies and gents and this mama is just trying to keep up.
