I am one of those people too! Sitting still and forcing myself to do it just don't work for me. I know that is sort of the whole point, to stop the earthly chaos for a moment and pointedly take stock of things. I follow Johanna's style - I can "meditate" and be aware of what I am doing, what I have to be thankful for, while I am doing something. For me, this is normally on my daily walks with the dogs and my little babe. This "conversation" that you two have is a nice idea.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
